Having worked in over 35 countries on six continents, Sean has a true ‘Global’ mindset. His background in presentation design, development, and facilitation helps him create and execute the best approach for his clients. 

Prior to launching ConleyGlobal in 2013, Sean worked with NBCUniversal for over twelve years. During this time, he held many positions including Director of Staffing and Recruitment, Director Global Learning & Organizational Development and Director of Employee Development. Sean was responsible for designing, implementing and meeting a wide variety of learning needs for the company. 

Sean was based in London for over 5 years where he was responsible for all aspects of Learning for NBCUniversal’s global population. His work included top leadership development, curriculum design, team session facilitation, and creating visions for divisions and business transformation projects.

Before working for NBCUniversal, Sean was the training manager for The Disneyland Resort and Disney’s California Adventure Theme Parks and Director of Guest Services for Marie Callender’s Restaurants. 

Sean’s client list includes Fortune 10, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, along with Independent and Small Businesses and many non profit companies including ones focusing on LGBT support.
